Notice of the Delivery & Logistics Affected by the COVID-19

Dear customers,

Due to the global spread of the COVID-19, logistics and delivery in some countries and regions are affected to varying degrees, some regions may be unable to offer delivery service or the delivery may be severely delayed. For this reason, we decide to temporarily close the delivery channels in some countries, details are as follows:

We decide to temporarily close the free delivery channel - Singapore Post, and it will recover in about a week.

Except the Singapore Post, we will continue to support two shipping channels: DHL and PostNL. Due to the high costs of the two shipping carriers, we are sorry that we are temporarily unable to provide free shipping for all orders, so we have to make some changes. The adjustments are as follows:

Post NL: Shipping fees are waived for order amount of $200 and above; under $200, you will need to pay for the shipping.
DHL: Shipping fee will be charged in all orders.

Influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, global transportation and delivery have been delayed in varying degrees. For specific delivery policies and transit time, please refer to the latest notice of the logistics company. If you are worried about shipping time and delivery issues, we recommend that you wait until global logistics returns to normal before buying. Due to the force majeure of COVID-19 pandemic, we hereby declare that we will not be responsible for a series of problems and losses caused by transportation and delivery time.
