Notice of the Delivery & Logistics Affected by the COVID-19

Due to the global spread of the COVID-19, logistics and delivery in some countries and regions are affected to varying degrees, some regions may be unable to offer delivery service or the delivery may be severely delayed. For this reason, we decide to temporarily close the delivery channels in some countries, details are as follows:

Countries or regions where shipping channels are temporarily closed: Argentina, Estonia, Panama, Poland, Denmark, Russia, Ecuador, Philippines, Colombia, Costa Rica, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Mongolia, Peru, Moldova, Switzerland, El Salvador, Republic of Serbia, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Slovenia, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Spain, Hungary, Chile, Venezuela, Bolivia, Germany, France, Indonesia, Croatia, Morocco, South Africa, Qatar, Uruguay, Paraguay, The State of Palestine, Monaco, Mali, Japan.

Countries or regions where delivery methods are affected: Romania, Ireland, Israel, Portugal, Italy.

Countries or regions where the delivery may be severely affected: Romania, Ireland, Israel, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Australia, Cyprus, Netherlands, Luxembourg, New Zealand.

In view of the partial closure of logistics channels, in addition to DHL, we urgently added PostNL as an alternative. For countries where Singapore Post is suspended, it is recommended that you choose DHL or PostNL as the new shipping carrier. If you choose DHL, you need to bear the transportation costs and handling fees in full. For PostNL, you will need to pay an additional 3% of the order amount as the insurance fee if the order amount exceeds US$69; for orders less than US$69, the transportation fee, insurance fee, and handling fee are required.

Influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, global transportation and delivery have been delayed in varying degrees. For specific delivery policies and transit time, please refer to the latest notice of the logistics company. If you are worried about shipping time and delivery issues, we recommend that you wait until global logistics returns to normal before buying. Due to the force majeure of COVID-19 pandemic, we hereby declare that we will not be responsible for a series of problems and losses caused by transportation and delivery time.
