1. Contract or Agreement: the contract governed by these Terms resulting from an offer by the Ulefone to sell Products to the Customer and the Customer's acceptance of the Seller's offer.
2. Customer: the Customer, the natural person who has placed an order with the Seller. If the Customer is not of legal age to form a binding contract with the Seller, the Customer may use the Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. In addition, in this case, the Seller reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate the Customer rights to use the Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

1. The sales prices listed on the website are only referred to the phones themselves, the customs duties, VAT (if applicable) and other charges are all not included.
2. All prices and information on the website are intended to be accurate and complete; however, in certain situations, pricing error and other errors may occur. The customers shall have no right to rely upon a price that is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing retail price for that product. In the event the seller's published price for a product is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing retail price due to the seller's pricing error, the seller has no obligation to sell at that price and shall be entitled to cancel the contract with the customer before shipment and delivery. Correspondingly, if the seller has offered a product or service at a price that is materially or obviously higher than the prevailing retail price for that product due to a pricing error and accepted the customer's order at that price, the seller will allow the customer to cancel the contract and/or reimburse the customer for the difference between the higher price and the true price.
3. Unless otherwise stipulated on the website and in the order process, the seller's delivery and administration charges are included in the final price payable for the products. Any charges or fees that will be added to the product price will be visible to the customer during the order process and before the customer is placing the order.

1. Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. Ulefone does not charge extra transaction fees. You agree that Ulefone shall not be held liable for any fees in addition to those displayed at checkout.
2. If you are paying for your order with an international credit or debit card, the price displayed in your card statement may vary based on exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any fees incurred.
3. The personal information you provide when making a purchase will be processed electronically by Ulefone for the payment of the order and for anti-fraud control.
4. Payments on Ulefone.com are handled by third-party payment partners and transmitted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with 2048-bit encryption. Ulefone does not store or have access to your payment details. Your credit/debit card information is retained via our third-party payment partner's servers.
1. Ulefone makes every effort to supply the products listed in your Order Confirmation. In some situations, however, we will need to cancel your order. For example, if (1) the item is no longer in stock; (2) the item is no longer being produced; (3) there is a price fluctuation; or (4) a Third Party notifies Ulefone that cancellation is necessary; or (5) if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud.
2. Incomplete shipping address information or failure to update required shipping details via email/call when asked may result in order cancellation.
3. If this is the case, Ulefone will cancel your order, notify you of the cancellation, and timely refund the money you have paid toward the order.
4. Unless provided for otherwise under applicable law, a refund of money you have paid toward an order will be the extent of Ulefone's liability for any canceled order.
1. Ulefone phones purchased on ulefone.com come with twelve (12) months limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
2. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers software, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged or sold together with the Product. This warranty is only redeemable within your original country or region of purchase.
3. The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. To make a claim, present your original proof of purchase (invoice), model and the serial number of the product, and photo evidence of the product's defects to Ulefone Customer Service at https://www.ulefone.com/support.
4. Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, along with shipping and handling, will be free within the twelve (12) months period.
5. Ulefone may use rebuilt, reconditioned or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new Ulefone product.
6. Please note that we offer after-sales assistance only in the areas where we make shipments (this includes repairs and/or replacements/returns). Ulefone accepts no liability for orders placed outside of official sales regions.
1. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; defects or damage caused by abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
2. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Ulefone.
3. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
4. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI numbers removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
5. Ordinary wear and tear.
6. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Ulefone.
7. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by Ulefone.
8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
9. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product.
10. Products not purchased from Ulefone.com or authorized resellers (we recommend that you contact the point of sale for support).
11. Products purchased outside of officially supported Ulefone countries or regions.
12. Repair(s) conducted by unofficial repair centers.

1. Dispatch: Orders are shipped within seven (7) business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special events may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of Ulefone. In such cases, customers will be separately informed in advance.
2. Inspection: All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.
3. Status Updates: Orders cannot be canceled once they have reached "Pushed" status.
4. You shall accurately fill in the Customer real name, delivery address and contact information. If the order is delayed or fails to be delivered arising out of the following circumstances, Ulefone shall not bear the relevant responsibilities and reserve the right to cancel the order unilaterally:
• The delivery address, contact information, etc. are incorrect, non-existent or not detailed enough;
• The delivery person contacts the receiver through the reserved receiving mobile phone number twice, which unable to connect or no answer;
• The cost and the associated consequences of the repeated delivery of the products arising from nobody signing for express delivery;
• Customer schedules delivery at a fixed time;
• Customer is not home or available at the time of delivery;
• Extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events;

1. Neither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond their reasonable control (wars, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Ulefone shall also not be held liable for any losses due to the fault of third parties, including, without limitation, packages that are lost or stolen in transit; damages caused by incorrect or improper usage of the products; or other losses or damages attributable in full or in part to third parties.

The product/service promotion content, parameter price, quantity, and availability of product/service information on the website may change at any time, therefore the website may not give special notice. Due to the huge amount of product/service information on the platform, although the website will make its best efforts to ensure the information accuracy of the product/service you view, however, provide that the information displayed on the platform may have a certain lag or error due to objective reasons such as well-known internet technology factors. 1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for payments explicitly outlined in this agreement, either party's maximum aggregate liability under, arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for a particular product or service.

Except for Ulefone's warranty obligations and cases of death or serious bodily harm, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other damage that cannot be excluded under applicable law, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will either party be liable to the other party for loss of profits, revenues, or income, loss of use, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or for indirect, special, economic, punitive, incidental, indirect, cover, or consequential damages, however, caused, and on any theory of liability, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), or otherwise, whether or not party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are void where prohibited:
1. If any provision or part-provision of these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.
2. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms.

You shall comply with applicable export control laws of the United States, the European Union, and its member states, United Nations Organization and any other country/region, not in conflict with U.S. law with respect to the export, re-export, transfer, sell, or resale of the products.

You shall under no circumstances make the products available, directly or indirectly, in any region subject to sanctions or export restrictions or export, directly or indirectly, to any regions requiring an export license without first obtaining such license or other required governmental approval.
1. Severability. Each term and provision of these Terms of Sale shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and any invalid, illegal or unenforceable term or provision shall be deemed replaced by a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid, illegal or unenforceable term or provision.
2. Inurement. These Terms of Sale will inure to the benefit of and be binding on the Parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators and permitted successors and assigns.
3. No Assignment. You may not voluntarily, or by operation of law, assign or otherwise transfer its obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the client.
4. No Waiver. The waiver by either party of a breach, default, delay or omission of any of the provisions of these Terms of Sale by the other party will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions.
5. Force Majeure. Either party shall be liable for delay in performing obligations or for failure to perform obligations hereunder if the delay or failure results from: force majeure, an act of God, or any governmental act, fire, earthquake, explosion, accident, industrial dispute, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or anything beyond the reasonable control of either party and not involving any fault or negligence of the party affected (a "Force Majeure Event").
1. Ulefone shall have the right to limit whole or part of your rights in exceptional situations, cancel related unfulfilled orders, or cancel your account if you encounter any of the following situations:
① You affect the normal operation of the website or the services provided by the website to other users through on-line attacks and mass advertisements;
② You repeatedly publish information not related to the sold products or services in the comment area or consultation area;
③ You seek benefits by improper means (such as plug-in tools, network attacks, etc.);
④ You reject the products multiple times or refuse to accept services without objective reasons and in any case not due to the quality of products/services;
⑤ You engage in claiming or reselling business through account shopping (such as wholesale, retail);
⑥ The order information you provide (including but not limited to name, phone number, ID number, email address, etc.) is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete;
⑦ You have other serious behaviors that affect the normal operating order of the platform or illegal activities.
2. If your account on the website is terminated, for the trading order generated during the validity period of the account, Ulefone may notify you thereof and decide whether to close the trading order or to proceed to the delivery.
3. Once your account on the website is terminated, your right to use the services on the website shall be terminated. Ulefone shall not be liable to you for terminating this agreement in accordance with the provisions of these terms, including terminating your user account and deleting your user content; Ulefone shall not be obligated to provide you or a third party with the information generated by your use of the services on the website.
